Insurance
I am able to work with most PPO insurance plans. Please contact me at 903-284-5784 to check your insurance coverage. This is a quick process and usually completed within 24 hours.
Out of Network
(Self-Pay Clients)
If you have an HMO insurance plan or are self pay, I will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend you calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card prior to our visit to ask about reimbursement.

Medicaid Clients: if you are currently covered by Medicaid, send me a text or email to inquire about discounted rates.
